Don’t be a statistic this ski season. Unfortunately we see too many people after a season ending ski or snowboard injury. Many times it is after an ER visit, after surgery, etc. Many of these are preventable injuries. Not only is this frustrating, but it becomes very costly and inconvenient. Our 10-week Ski Prep Program (if you’ve cut it too tight, we have a 5 week program available as well) ensures that you have a solid understanding of your strengths and weaknesses. Our sports performance clients complete their programs with improved movement patterns, strength, power, flexibility and agility. Two Frequency Options to choose from:
Week 1 – FMS™/Total Body Screen
Week 2 – Thorough Sports Performance Evaluation and initiation of one on one treatment
Weeks 3-8 – Progression of global and sport specific mobility, strength, power and agility including hands on treatment as appropriate and one on one exercise instruction
Week 9 – Follow up re-evaluation and FMS™/Total Body Screen
Week 10 – Discussion of results, video analysis review and plan for future success

My daughter developed a stress fracture due to over-training and lack of proper guidance. She had to sit out her sophomore season and we were afraid her running career would be over. Her self-confidence was way down and we had serious concerns, but thanks to BreakThrough she is “back on track” and continuously improving her times as well as enjoyment for cross country. Thank you!
