What We Do


Day 1


-Observation and program development

-Basic Q&A as needed for us to learn a bit more about the group, coach’s goals, typical warm-up routine, etc.


Day 2


-Breakout rotations (4-6 athletes at a time for 10-15 minutes each) to go through key movement patterns and recommended exercises to prepare for their sport

Day 3


-Review of day 2

-Expansion of options

-Delivery of written program for your use
