Golfers are prone to multiple injuries as a result of the asymmetrical nature and speed/torque that the body must endure through the entire swing. Golfers with pain or limitations come to us for help with their low back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, elbow pain, wrist and hand pain as well as strains and limitations of the hip and knee. While tennis players often complain of pain at the lateral aspect of the elbow or “lateral epicondyle” golfers typically report medial elbow pain, “golfer’s elbow”. At BreakThrough we understand how the body moves and appreciate that a successful and pain-free round requires all systems to be working in perfect harmony. While you may work with a golf pro for your swing, we work to restore all tissue integrity, improve your flexibility, strength and endurance in all areas to help you return to the golf course with the tools you need to be successful.
With our Golf Sports Performance program it’s as easy as 1-2-3:
1) We will first learn about you, your current status and goals for the future.
2) We will then perform a thorough evaluation to assess movement patterns, strength, flexibility and agility.
3) We will explain our findings and design a mutually agreeable program which enables you to achieve your goals.
If you are not ready for a full Golf Performance Program, our Golf Screen may be right up your fairway!

Stop Golf Sports Injuries
My daughter developed a stress fracture due to over-training and lack of proper guidance. She had to sit out her sophomore season and we were afraid her running career would be over. Her self-confidence was way down and we had serious concerns, but thanks to BreakThrough she is “back on track” and continuously improving her times as well as enjoyment for cross country. Thank you!
