Welcome to our BiG Referral Program, “BreakThrough’s Infinite Giving“, where your word-of-mouth referrals enable us to donate to the charity of your choice!
For every physical therapy patient, wellness or sports performance client you refer through word-of-mouth (facebook, friends, family, colleagues, acquaintances, etc), BreakThrough will donate $4.00 to the charity of your (the referrer’s) choice (see below for 2024’s choices). You do not have to be a current or past patient/client to qualify.
For each physical therapy patient, wellness or sports performance client referred to us through word-of-mouth (not direct MD referrals), BreakThrough will donate $4.00 to the charity of the “referred’s” choice (see below for 2024’s choices).
For every patient/client you refer to us who receives care, an entry will go into a “hat” for an end of year drawing (January, 2026). BreakThrough will make a donation of $800.00 in the name of the winner to the charity of their choice (not required to be in our list of 8). The charity chosen by the winner will then be one of our 8 charities people select from in 2026! The more referrals you make, the more chances you have of choosing one of the 8 charities for next year!
All of us at BreakThrough look forward to helping you, your family, friends, colleagues and acquaintances in the years to come. We know that when you refer someone, your reputation is on the line. We take this responsibility seriously and are committed to continually improving in all aspects of our practice. Thank you for helping others in need to find the assistance that they may not know is available. Our BiG Program is one sign of how we are truly committed to you and the communities we serve. We are excited about supporting these eight (8) charities throughout this year and continually growing this program with your support year after year!
Click here for the first page of our two step process for referring those you care about.
After you complete Step 2 we will send an email letting them know that out of your interest in their health and well being, you have referred them through our BiG Referral Program. This will allow us to credit you with the referral and donate to the charity of your choice. You can refer as many people as you like, but you will have to go through the process one by one.
