Learn how to reduce pain and resume an active life.

Many people have a combination of Urge Incontinence and Stress Incontinence. If Kegels aren’t working, it is not your fault! If the muscles of the pelvic floor are too tight Kegel exercises are not recommended and may be making your condition worse. The good news is that the bladder is a retrainable muscle.

In physical therapy we will teach you to control your bladder instead of it controlling you. To ensure your comfort and privacy, all Pelvic Floor treatments are held in our Private Treatment Rooms. Please call (408) 736-7600 to schedule an appointment with one of our women’s health and pelvic floor specialists. We look forward to helping you find the relief you deserve from Urge IncontinenceStress Incontinence or a combination of these two disorders and/or other related pelvic floor dysfunction.

If you are not sure what you can do to for your mixed combined urge stress incontinence and related pelvic floor symptoms, check out our easy, cost and time effective way to help ensure you take the right steps towards your future, guided by an expert.

What’s the Buzz?

My daughter developed a stress fracture due to over-training and lack of proper guidance. She had to sit out her sophomore season and we were afraid her running career would be over. Her self-confidence was way down and we had serious concerns, but thanks to BreakThrough she is “back on track” and continuously improving her times as well as enjoyment for cross country. Thank you!

My shin splints were killing me and I had to pull out of my last race. Thanks to Prina helped me avoid needing a boot and really being on the sidelines. I am now increasing my mileage and am so excited to have the support of your Sports Performance Program!

I PR’ed this weekend and I cannot thank Irina enough for all the hard work and dedication she put in to help me accomplish my goal!!
